Support WorkerPay rate: Weekdays £14.00 days, and Weekdays Nights £14.50, Weekend Nights & Days £14.50 Contract: 1 x 36hrs on both days and waking nights (Monday to Sunday)
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality 1:1 support tailored to individual needs.
- Supporting with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and bowel care
- managementAssisting with routine household tasks to maintain a calm and organised home environment
- Encouraging and enabling participation in meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Supporting communication using assistive technology
Experience and Skills of a Support Worker
- A caring, patient, and reliable individual
- Experience in complex care (including spinal injury and bowel care - desirable but training can be provided)
- A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
