Delivery Planner – Location: Nottingham – Full time in office. Division: Service Delivery Team.
Are you experienced in health and social care and looking to take the next step into a planning and coordination role? We’re looking for a Delivery Planner to join our Service Delivery Team and play a vital role in ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality support for the people we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage care delivery, including rotas, staff allocations, and communication with families.
- Use People Planner and other systems to oversee scheduling and compliance.
- Analyse service delivery data and present findings for performance reviews and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with families, colleagues, and the people we support.
- Support the team in meeting KPIs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Take part in a shared on-call rota (one evening per week and one weekend in five).
- This means being the first point of contact for urgent calls, arranging shift cover, and triaging operational or clinical concerns.
- You’ll always have clear escalation routes and support available when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A background in health and social care (essential), with experience of working in or alongside frontline services.
- Experience in rota management, scheduling, or care coordination.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in supporting staff and families.
- Proficiency in care management software (People Planner experience an advantage).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
