We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Stoke-on-Trent. This person has complex clinical needs including PEG feeding, oral suctioning, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy – and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. They love music, enjoy pampering sessions, and thrive on trips out into the community, especially visiting local shops. To help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis

Pay rate: £13.26 – £15.91 per hour.
