The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32000 £ per year.

You’ll guide and inspire a team of Support Workers to deliver consistent, high‑quality care for an individual living in their own home.

They live with learning disabilities and autism, have a brilliant personality, and enjoy activities like puzzles, colouring, darts, and wrestling.

Your leadership will help ensure their days are structured, safe, and filled with the things they love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management (12 hours off‑rota)
  • Team supervision – coach, guide, and motivate Support Workers.
  • Performance & development – oversee training compliance and professional growth.
  • Service oversight – manage rotas, care plans, risk assessments, and documentation.
  • Quality & compliance – uphold CQC standards and organisational policies.
  • Team communication – lead meetings, debriefs, and raise concerns when needed.
  • Direct Support (24 hours on‑rota)
  • Person‑centred support – deliver safe, personalised care alongside your team.
  • Meaningful activities – encourage hobbies and interests that make each day fulfilling.
  • Best‑practice modelling – embed strong values and consistency in daily support.
  • Relationship building – work closely with the individual and their family to maintain continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Leadership experience in health and social care.
  • Strong understanding of autism, learning disabilities, potentially challenging behaviours, and mental health support.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and decision‑making skills with confidence in risk management.
