The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Location: Cheltenham

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)

Shift patterns: 7.30 am – 7.30 pm, 19.30 pm – 7.30 am

Paid travel expenses: £0.25 per mile / public transport (bus/train only)

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential – you'll enjoy trips out & driving the client's vehicle!)

What You'll Do

  • Provide warm, person-centred care and emotional support
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing through daily routines and meaningful activities
  • Support with personal care, mobility, and health-related tasks
  • Promote positive engagement and help manage behaviours that can be challenging
  • Keep accurate records and work in line with care plans and CQC standards
