Join Us as a Support Worker!

Pay rate: £14.00 per hour - Weekly or Monthly Pay available!

Shift pattern: 07.00am - 16.00pm (M-F no weekends)

Hours: 18 hours per week

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential - you'll enjoy trips out & driving the client's vehicle!)

We are looking for kind, confident, enthusiastic Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Walsall. This young lady has complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, medication administration and communicates using British Sign Language. You will be assisting her to attend secondary school, helping to make each day fun and empowering.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
