Salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour)
Hours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)
Shift patterns: 7.30 am - 19.30 pm, 19.30 pm - 7.30 am
Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile / public transport (bus/train only)
Mandatory Assessment Day: Swindon (28th January 2026 9.00 am - 17.00 pm)
Requirement:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS update service
- Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
- Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable to change
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible to attend training by 23rd February 2026

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Team Leader to guide a small team of Support Workers, supporting one lovely individual in their own home in Cheltenham. They live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis but that’s only part of their story. They also adore upcycling vintage treasures, getting creative, and spending time in the garden. Your leadership will make sure every day feels meaningful, person-centred and full of the things that bring joy.
What the Role Looks Like:
- 12 hours a week spent leading and supporting your team, organising rotas, helping colleagues grow, making sure everything is safe and running smoothly
- 24 hours a week working alongside the team, providing direct, hands-on support and helping create uplifting daily moments
