The predicted salary is between 11 - 17 Β£ per hour.

Pay rate: Β£14.18 per hour flat rate
Shift Times: Days 8:00am - 21:00pm & Waking Nights 21:00pm - 8:00am
We are looking for full time and part time applicants.
A face-to-face Interview Day for this role will take place on Monday 9th February 2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre-screen.
Mandatory training will take place in Lincoln during the week commencing 23rd February 2026. Attendance at this training is required. If you are unable to attend during this week, you will be required to travel to Doncaster for training either before or after these dates.
This is a role to work specifically with an individual who likes to be active and creative. They are autistic and a wheelchair user and require support from staff that value honesty and respect. This role is about working with someone, not over them, and you'll be part of a team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and practical, compassionate care.
We're looking for someone who is:
- A female Support Worker who is a car owner and willing to use their car for work with mileage paid.
- Willing and able to support all aspects of life including cooking, activities, and life skills.
- Treats others the way they'd want to be treated.
- Respects the individual's space, belongings, and autonomy.
- Is proactive and can take initiative without being prompted constantly.
- Has emotional resilience and life experience; conversations and needs can sometimes be complex or sensitive.
- Is calm, observant, and able to help manage triggers before they become an issue.
- Able to problem solve.
- Understands that quality of life is more important than pushing for total independence and demonstrates a willingness to adapt depending on the need presented, as they vary day to day.
- Wants to support someone in living a fulfilling, self-directed life.
- Fully engaged in the role, not just active but attentive.
