Shift pattern: Shift times will vary depending on the package of care on a 2 week rolling rota, working shifts between the hours of 7:30am - 20:00pm or 20:00pm - 8:00am. You will need to be able to work both days and night shifts and weekends.
Location: Doncaster and surrounding areas including Dunscroft, Armsthorpe, Sprotbrough etc.
You must be able to work full-time (36+ hours per week) and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
We are looking for a committed, adaptable and experienced Support Worker to join our regional team, providing high-quality care across a range of services in areas including Dunscroft and Doncaster. In this role, you will support children with complex needs, stepping into different packages and environments where you can make a real impact. You will work with new teams, meet new people, and bring stability and compassion wherever you go. This is a contracted role with a set rota, and you will receive full training to confidently support multiple care packages as required.
