We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster. This person has complex clinical needs, uses ventilation, and has a PEG feed.

Pay rate: £14

Shift pattern: 14:30pm - 21:30pm / 21:30 - 08:30
