Pay rate: £14.50- £15.50 per hour - Weekly and Monthly Pay available!
Shift pattern: 08:00 - 22:00 (days) and 22:00 - 08:00 (sleep nights), 09:00 - 13:00 (double ups)

This person has Spinal Cord Injury and complex clinical needs and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. He stays active, gets out in the community and enjoys activities and hobbies he loves.

What you'll be doing
As a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
- Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basis
- Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
- Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
