Shift pattern: 08.00 - 20.00 (days)

Hours: 36 hours

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (Manual - due to nature of the role)

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Night Healthcare Assistants to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Plymouth. This person has Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Complex Clinical Needs - tracheostomy and ventilation care, PEG feeding, and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction
