Location: Penzance, Cornwall
Pay rate: £14.78- £15.29 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 08:00am - 13:00pm and 08:00am - 21:00pm
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (due to nature of the role)

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated person to support an individual living in their family home. This person has complex clinical needs due to a spinal injury and is tetraplegic. They love getting out and about in the community, enjoying activities like darts, boat trips, and local events!
You’ll play a key role in supporting enriching, meaningful activities and your empathy and positivity will make a real difference in this person’s life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing one-to-one support with daily life routines & independence skills
- Enjoyable activities, car trips
- Creating positive and enriching experiences every day
Your experience will help shape his journey, especially if you’ve supported individuals with:
- Complex Care
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Bowel Care (desirable but not essential)
