Shift pattern:
- BANK Work - Monday - Sunday across the below shifts
- Term time - Monday - Friday 14:45pm - 21:00pm
- Non-term time - Monday - Friday 09:00am - 21:00pm
- Waking Nights - 21:00pm - 9:00am
- Saturdays and Sundays - 09:00am - 21:00pm
We are looking for a caring, confident and proactive bank female Support Worker to provide person-centred support to an articulate and engaging young man with ADHD and Autism who lives with his mum and dog in Bramcote, Nottingham. This role involves supporting them both at home and in the community, including transport to and from school. A driver with access to their own vehicle and appropriate business insurance is therefore essential.
He is verbal, bright and very articulate, with a strong personality and clear interests. They can sometimes struggle with motivation and benefit from encouragement and positive role modelling. They love swimming, football, online gaming like FIFA & aspire to become an influencer one day.
Your role will include:
- Providing companionship and building a positive, trusting relationship
- Supporting with motivation, routines and keeping busy
- Encouraging participation in hobbies and interests
- Transporting to and from school and activities
- Supporting emotional regulation where needed
- Providing supervision and reassurance during waking nights
We are looking for someone energetic, engaging and able to bring structure while maintaining a calm and consistent approach.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in healthcare having supported Autism & ADHD
- Full UK drivers License, with access to your own vehicle and business insurance
- Have an Enhanced DBS that covers adults and children on the update service
- Have a short notice period to start training with us WC 23rd March 2026
