The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Location: Norfolk area (travel required)

Pay: £15.00 per hour + mileage

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shifts: Days, nights and weekends (rota-based)

We are recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in the Norfolk region. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.

You will be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

The Role

  • Provide person-centred care across different services
  • Support adults and children with complex clinical needs
  • Assist with personal care, medication, communication and community access
  • Adapt quickly to new teams and routines
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, consistent support

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling between services
  • Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
  • Calm, adaptable and quick to learn
