Pay rate: £15.75 - Weekly or Monthly pay

Shift Pattern: 30 hours on shift and 6 hours Admin

We’re looking for someone calm, patient, and confident in leading a support team to provide consistent, person-centred care for an adult who thrives on routine, enjoys being active, and benefits from clear, steady communication.

About the Client:

Supporting an individual who lives in Norwich. They have complex clinical needs, have learning disabilities and autism, OCD. They’re full of life, have a brilliant sense of humour, and love spending time going to cafes. They also have a real passion for hobbies like swimming and trampolining.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining direct support with team management.

Duties include:

  • Direct Support
  • Supporting daily life skills and routines
  • Encouraging healthy budgeting and spending habits
  • Attending activities, meals out, and community outings
  • Helping maintain his home environment
  • Communicating clearly, calmly, and at a steady pace
