We are looking for a warm, patient and dedicated Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our small, friendly care team supporting a young woman who lives with her family in Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln. She is bright, funny, and full of personality - she loves Ant & Dec, The Wiggles, and all things girlie. While she has complex clinical needs, these do not define her. What matters most is her joy, comfort, and the companionship you will bring to each night.

About the Role

You will provide calm, consistent overnight support ensuring she feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. This includes:

  • Monitoring health and clinical equipment.
  • Supporting her personal care and positioning.
  • Administering medication and managing specialist equipment such as PEG/JEJ feeding, suction, and ventilation.
  • Offering emotional reassurance and ensuring restful nights for her and peace of mind for her family.

Every shift is about creating a nurturing, dignified environment where she can rest well and feel supported.

What We Are Looking For

You will be someone who naturally puts others at ease - thoughtful, reliable, and able to bring kindness into every moment.

Essential:

  • Previous care experience.
  • A gentle, empathetic nature and genuine compassion.

Beneficial (but full training can be provided):

  • Experience in complex care such as PEG feeding, suctioning, ventilation, or medication administration.

We will provide full clinical training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in every aspect of the role.
