Waking Night Female Support Worker - Bracebridge Heath
We are looking for a warm, patient and dedicated Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our small, friendly care team supporting a young woman who lives with her family in Bracebridge Heath. She is bright, funny, and full of personality; she loves Ant & Dec, The Wiggles, and all things girlie. While she has complex clinical needs, these do not define her. What matters most is her joy, comfort, and the companionship you will bring to each night.
About the Role
You will provide calm, consistent overnight support ensuring she feels safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. This includes:
