The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Pay rate: £14 per hour + mileage (Weekly or Monthly pay available)
Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday, waking nights 22:00pm - 8:30am & Saturday and Sunday days 11:00am - 16:00pm
We are looking for a caring, resilient and active Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Kidderminster to support a young girl who lives with her mum, younger siblings & family dog. This young girl has complex clinical needs, Epilepsy and ADHD and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. They like to be active, love to go swimming, likes to be outside, visiting parks, zoos and going to the local safari park. To make the most of days out in the community, a Full UK Driving License would be required for this position.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basis
- Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Supporting her during seizures to ensure her safety and wellbeing

Please ensure you are comfortable attending an in-person interview as part of the selection process. Full training will be provided and you will continue to be supported on an ongoing basis by our amazing team of local clinicians.
