Join us as a Female Support Worker!

Location: Gillingham, Dorset

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Hours: 16 hours per week (2x shifts per week)

Shift Pattern: 8.00 am - 4.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on rota basis)

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential - you will enjoy trips out & driving the client’s vehicle)

We are looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our supportive Acuity Care Group to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a gentleman who lives at home with his family in Gillingham. You will be working within a busy family household; therefore, it’s important that you can communicate effectively. He enjoys going to the cinema, gardening, spending time outdoors, and taking his dog for walks, so if you’re someone who can bring energy, empathy, and a passion for meaningful days out, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll provide one-to-one support with:
  • Daily life routines & independence skills
  • Enjoyable activities, outdoor walks, gardening
  • Creating positive and enriching experiences every day

Your experience will help shape his journey, especially if you’ve supported individuals with:

  • Brain Injury

  • Companionship
