We are recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in the Norfolk region. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.
You will be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.
The Role
- Provide person-centred care across different services
- Support adults and children with complex clinical needs
- Assist with personal care, medication, communication and community access
- Adapt quickly to new teams and routines
- Maintain accurate records and deliver safe, consistent support
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling between services
- Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Calm, adaptable and quick to learn
