We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Night Healthcare Assistants to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Plymouth. This person has Motor Neurone Disease (MND), Complex Clinical Needs - tracheostomy and ventilation care, PEG feeding and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

- Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 basis
- Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
- Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
