The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Pay rate: £14

Shift pattern: 14:30pm - 21:30pm / 21:30 - 08:30

A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest. We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Doncaster. This person has complex clinical needs, tracheostomy, uses ventilation, and has a PEG feed and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. Your role will be all about building a strong, trusting relationship with this young person, understanding their needs, and supporting them to live life to the fullest.

You will bring a caring and empathetic approach, a willingness to have fun, and a passion for making a real difference in their life. While experience in complex care is desirable, what is most important is that you have a heart for supporting others and a desire to make a positive impact.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
