Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in Plymouth and surroundings. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference. You’ll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
  • Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis.
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community.
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing.
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them.
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment.
  • Complex Care (tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, etc.)
  • Autism
  • Mental Health support
