The predicted salary is between 1820 - 1950 £ per month.
Pay rate: Week night £14 per hour & Weekend nights £15 per hour (Monthly Pay)
Shift Pattern: Waking nights 22:30pm - 8:30am across varied nights of the week.
We have a deeply rewarding opportunity for the right person to support a bright and resilient little girl living with her family in Lincoln. She lives with Congenital Nemaline Rod Myopathy, Osteoporosis, and Neuromuscular Kyphoscoliosis with Kyphosis but these medical needs are just one part of her story. She is full of personality and joy, and thrives on meaningful, engaging interactions.
We are looking for someone who is based in or near Lincoln and knows the area well, so they are able to reliably get to work for waking nights. This is a role where your warmth, empathy, and creativity can truly make a lasting difference. Supporting her in enriching activities and everyday moments will be at the heart of what you do.
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in the following areas:
- Complex care, including Tracheostomy and Ventilator support
- Brain Injury support
- Children's care

This role sits within our Team Brain Injury family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager. We work together in a wide variety of locations to support adults and children with complex care needs, and a range of both physical and mental disabilities. We are person-centred and the needs of the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. Our teams are passionate about working in close partnership with the people we support to provide outstanding, tailored care that promotes empowerment, and do everything possible to help our clients to access new experiences.
