We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Female Peripatetic Support Worker who is enthusiastic about making a genuine difference in people's lives while working across a range of services and environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

As a Peripatetic Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including Lancaster, Carlisle, and Aspatria. You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs. The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.

Experience & Skills of a Peripatetic Support Worker:

  • Hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Demonstrated experience in working with tracheostomies, PEG feeding, and ventilators.
  • Strong background supporting individuals with complex clinical needs.
  • Proven experience within social care, with the confidence to adapt to a wide range of situations.
  • Willingness and confidence to travel between different services.
  • Calm, flexible approach with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new routines.
  • Reliable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
