Location: Southampton and surrounding areas

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour plus paid travel expenses 25p per mile

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shifts: Days, Wake Night, Sleep-in shifts

Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (due to nature of the role)

We're recruiting a Regional Support Worker to provide flexible, person-centred support across a range of services in Southampton and surroundings. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well across different environments, and wants to make a real difference.

You’ll be trained to support across multiple services, including supported living and complex care in the community.

What you’ll be doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

  • Providing high-quality support on a 2:1 or 1:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
