Acuity Care in Hull is seeking a calm, compassionate Support Worker to assist a young person with brain injury and disabilities. This full-time role requires a valid UK manual driving licence, 36 hours per week, and the ability to work day shifts 7:00–19:00 with occasional waking nights.
You will provide 2:1 person-centred care in the family home, help with personal care, hoist transfers, PEG feeding, and mobility needs.
