About the Role
You’ll provide respectful and attentive support throughout the night, ensuring comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met. There are occasional 2:1 overlaps with another team member when needed.

- Providing personal care, including continence and bowel management.
- Supporting with repositioning, using appropriate equipment.
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a peaceful night’s rest.
- Promoting dignity, choice, and a person-centred approach at all times.
