Requirements:
- Complex care experience working with children, flexible to work day and night shifts.
- You must currently be based in/around the Wednesbury area and able to commute.

They are looking for caring individuals to support them in day-to-day activities and life; this includes tracheostomy and ventilation management, so experience is ideal in this type of care.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Workers cover all manners of support for others - from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping.
- Support with all facets of daily living.
- Tracheostomy Management

- PEG feeding and medications
- Clinical observations
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
- Complex care experience such as PEG, Tracheostomy or Ventilation.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
