We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker o join our dedicated team, providing 2:1 support to a bright and joyful young woman who lives In thier own home in Totton.

She hasComplex Mental Health and Autism although she requiresround‑the‑clock care, This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing.

This is a rewarding role supporting a lady who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

Experience and Skills of a Support Worker:

  • Experience with Autism or complex Mental Health needs is helpful but not essential.
  • You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
  • Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play‑based activities.
  • Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
