Role
Community Support Worker (Female only)
Pay
£15 per hour, 25p per mile for fuel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person‑centred care across different services
- Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
- Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
- Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
- Keeping accurate notes and maintaining safe, consistent support
You’ll Need To Be
- A confident driver with your own car (essential)
- Flexible and reliable – comfortable travelling between services
- Calm under pressure, quick to pick things up
- Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About Acuity Care Group
Acuity Care Group has been delivering supported living and complex care for nearly 20 years, employing over 900 staff across operations and supporting roles. This position is part of our Team Brain Injury family and will be supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager.
