We are seeking a dedicated and adaptableemale Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives while working across a range of services and environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high-quality, person-centred support. As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations throughout the Birmingham area. You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.
The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.
Experience & Skills of a Support Worker:
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
- Previous experience in Social Care is essential, along with the ability to adapt confidently to a variety of situations.
- Confidence and willingness to travel between services.
- A calm, adaptable approach, and the ability to learn new routines quickly.
- A reliable and flexible work ethic
- Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
