You’ll use your knowledge of the care sector to make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, ensuring uninterrupted and person-centred support. You’ll combine your health and social care experience with planning, problem-solving, and data analysis. From managing last-minute rota changes to preparing performance reports for leadership, you’ll help us deliver a smooth, reliable service every day.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage care delivery, including rotas, staff allocations, and communication with families.
- Use People Planner and other systems to oversee scheduling and compliance.
- Analyse service delivery data and present findings for performance reviews and reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with families, colleagues, and the people we support.
- Support the team in meeting KPIs and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Take part in a shared on-call rota (one evening per week and one weekend in five).
- This means being the first point of contact for urgent calls, arranging shift cover, and triaging operational or clinical concerns.
- You’ll always have clear escalation routes and support available when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- A background in health and social care (essential), with experience of working in or alongside frontline services.
- Experience in rota management, scheduling, or care coordination.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in supporting staff and families.
- Proficiency in care management software (People Planner experience an advantage).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Why Join Us?
- Use your health and social care experience in a leadership-focused, operational role.
- Be part of a supportive, values-led organisation committed to delivering outstanding care.
- Play a key role in making sure people receive safe, reliable, and person-centred support.
- Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to develop your skills further.
