Hybrid role based in our Nottingham office 3 times per week.

At acuity care, people are at the heart of everything we do — and it all starts with finding the right ones. We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner who brings energy, empathy, and a talent for finding talent. You will also be attending hiring events and conducting recruitment days across your region.

Yes, we need someone who can lead recruitment processes with confidence and keep things running smoothly. But even more, we’re looking for someone who wants to shape our employer brand, create standout candidate experiences, and help us grow teams that really care.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with purpose – Manage end-to-end recruitment in your region, from brief to offer, building strong relationships with hiring managers along the way.
  • Attract brilliant people – Create and deliver local attraction strategies, build pipelines, and bring our employer brand to life at events and in the community.
  • Make hiring days count – Plan and run engaging assessment days that showcase our values and help us spot the best fit.
  • Get the details right – Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track, report, and keep things moving.
  • Put candidates first – Deliver a recruitment experience that’s respectful, efficient, and genuinely human.
  • Be part of the bigger picture – Work closely with HR, operations, and compliance teams to make sure every hire is a great one — and that every candidate feels supported from day one.

What You Bring

  • Excellent customer focused skills.
  • A strong grasp of safer recruitment practices, ATS platforms, and what makes a candidate experience exceptional.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Experience representing your organisation at job fairs, events, or local networking sessions would be beneficial.

What Makes This Role Different?

This isn’t just about filling vacancies — it’s about shaping teams that change lives. You’ll have the freedom to lead, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a real difference in how we hire, who we hire, and how they experience Acuity from the very first interaction.

acuity care is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals. All applicants will be subject to a rigorous selection process, including background checks, reference verification, and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, to ensure their suitability to work with those in our care. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community.
