Female Support Worker - Waking Nights

Pay rate: £13.13 per hourShift pattern:Monday - Friday - 22:00pm - 9:15am - 36 hours per week (3 night shifts)

About the Role

You’ll provide respectful and attentive support throughout the night, ensuring comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met. There are occasional 2:1 overlaps with another team member when needed.

  • Providing personal care, including Stoma bag care.
  • Supporting with repositioning, using appropriate equipment.
  • Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring a peaceful night’s rest.
  • Promoting dignity, choice, and a person-centred approach at all times.

You are patient, kind, and professionalYou have awareness of supporting spinal injuriesYou are confident working one-to-one during the nightYou are reliable, discreet, and able to work with empathy and respect
