Job Description : Trainer Location: Cornwall / Saint Austell Salary: £35,000 plus £3,000 car allowance. Requirements: Full UK Drivers license due and willing to travel across England. Job Summary: Acuity Care Group is actively seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will take charge of delivering exceptional training programs to both new hires and existing staff across all business units under the Acuity Care Group umbrella, including Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury Support and Learning, Disability & Autism services.The role demands proficiency in training delivery, along with prior management experience and the flexibility to travel throughout England as required. Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions on topics such as Moving and Handling, Basic Life Support, Administration of Medication, and Company Induction. Develop and update training materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Conduct training needs assessments and work with management to identify areas for improvement. Provide coaching and support to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
