The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Pay rate: £13.50 per hour flat rate

Shift pattern: Monday - Sunday, waking nights 22:00pm - 8:30am & Saturday and Sunday days 11:00am - 16:00pm

An Assessment Day for this role will take place on Tuesday 10th March 2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview. Attendance is mandatory as it forms a key part of the interview and selection process if successful at pre‑screen. The day will run between the hours of 9:30am - 17:00pm.

Must have requirements:

  • Full UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience with young children with complex needs
  • Experience with Epilepsy and Seizure management
  • Candidates must be Non‑Smokers due to the person we support's requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high‑quality support on a 1:1 basis
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting her during seizures to ensure her safety and wellbeing
  • Supporting with challenging behaviours

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Complex Care
  • Experience in Epilepsy
  • Experience in Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
