Acuity Care Group , we believe that HR isnt just about policies - its about people. Were looking for an

HR Advisor who wants to make a real impact: supporting managers, shaping experiences, and being a calm, clear presence when things get challenging (as they sometimes do).

This role isnt about sitting on the side lines. Youll be in the thick of it - advising, coaching, analysing, and helping us build a workplace that works for everyone.

  • What Youll Be Doing
  • Supporting managers, the right way Youll be their go-to person on ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management), policies, and day-to-day questions.

Youll guide, explain, challenge and support.

  • Keeping HR systems tight From paperwork to reporting, youll make sure we have accurate, useful data that helps us make better people decisions.
  • Being a culture advocate Help us deliver consistent, people-first practices across onboarding, PDPs, succession planning and engagement.

Support key HR initiatives and projects that make a difference.

  • Navigating change Be part of consultations and transformation work, including redundancy processes and TUPE support.

Its about clarity, confidence, and helping people through change well.

  • Using insights, not just instinct Youll be confident handling data and able to spot patterns in casework, engagement, and performance trends, and feed that back to improve how we do things.

What You Bring

  • CIPD Level 3 or working toward it, or equivalent experience.
  • 23 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in an advisory role.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations and key people processes.
  • The ability to stay calm, curious, and constructive especially under pressure.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated environment (healthcare background not required).
  • A flexible, professional communication style you know when to listen, when to push, and when to step back.

What makes this role different?

Were not just looking for someone to tick the box.

We want someone who sees the bigger picture and knows how to support people in a way thats practical and human.

Youll have space to grow, a team thats got your back, and the chance to influence how HR works across a business thats going places.

This is your opportunity to grow your HR career in a supportive, fast-moving, and genuinely values-led company.
