Pay & Shift Details
Pay rate: Monday – Friday nights £14.50 per hour; weekend nights £15.00 per hour. Shift pattern: Waking nights – Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 21:00 to 08:00; Monday and Wednesday 21:00 to 09:00.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality 1:1 care to a young person with complex clinical needs, including medication administration, personal care, PEG and JEJ feeding, oropharyngeal suctioning and mechanical ventilation.
- Support medical, personal and emotional needs during night shifts, working alone and as part of a team to deliver 24/7 care.
- Offer respite support for the individual’s parents and maintain a compassionate, empathetic approach.
- Engage in enriching activities tailored to the individual’s interests (e.g., music, games).

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous care experience.
- Previous complex care experience is beneficial.
- Local to Bracebridge Heath with a full UK driving licence.
