Support Worker to join our dedicated team, providing 1:1 support to a bright and joyful twenty‑year‑old girl who lives in her own home in Exeter.

She hasAutism and Learnig disability and requiresround‑the‑clock care, delivered by a consistent and understanding team.She can exhidit behavious that can be proceived as challanging and her support workers will learn to recognise and respond to her unique communication. Full training will be provided.

This is a rewarding role supporting a child who brings a lot of happiness, warmth, and personality to those around her.

  • Experience with Autism, challanging behaviours orr complex needs is helpful but not essential.
  • You should be kind, patient, caring, reliable, consistent and confident in your role
  • Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play‑based activities.
  • Comfortable working within the home.
  • Able to work as part of a small, stable team.
