Pay rate: £15 per hour (weekly or monthly pay available) + 25p per mile for fuel.
Shift pattern: Shift times will vary depending on the package of care on a 2‑week rolling rota, working shifts between the hours of 7:30am – 8:00pm or 8:00pm – 8:00am. You must be able to work both day and night shifts and weekends.
Location: Doncaster and surrounding areas including Thurcroft. Full‑time (36+ hours per week) required.
Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence and have access to your own car.
We’re looking for a committed, adaptable and experienced Support Worker to join our regional team, providing high‑quality care across a range of services. In this role you’ll support adults and children with complex needs, stepping into different packages and environments, bringing stability and compassion wherever you go. This is a contracted role with a set rota, and you’ll receive full training to confidently support multiple care packages as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care across a variety of services.
- Support children and adults with complex clinical needs.
- Assist with personal care, communication, medication and community access.
- Adapt quickly to new teams, routines and environments.
- Keep accurate records and ensure safe, consistent support.
Qualifications
- Full driving licence and access to own car (essential).
- Previous experience as a Support Worker.
- Flexibility and reliability, with confidence travelling between services.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and learn new routines quickly.
- Availability to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
