A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest. We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Truro. This person has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them. What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine. Their favourite activities include arts and crafts and pottery. To help them make the most of these outings, we’re looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.
