Clinical Nurse Specialist Birmingham Permanent £42,000 (depending on experience) plus £3,000 car allowance We are seeking a passionate and driven Complex Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join our team. The primary purpose of the CNS is to clinically manage the delivery of complex home care services in their region, to people with medium to long-term complex care needs living in their own homes. This is a field-based role involving regular travel across the West Midlands region as well as working from home. You will also be required to travel to the offices in Nottingham and Southampton for regular team meetings. This service is delivered through teams of support workers who report to the Complex Care Manager (CCM). Accordingly, the CNS has direct responsibility for ensuring the capability and standards of service delivered by these teams. Critical within this role and underpinning the delivery, is the need to operate both flexibly and reliably, whilst fiercely ensuring Bespokes values around client-centred care are never compromised and that all regulatory compliance standards are diligently adhered to.
