Female Support Worker Pay rate: £14.00 – £14.50 (Monthly Pay) Shift Pattern: Mon to Sun Nights 8:00pm 7:00am, day shifts to be confirmed with opportunity to pick up extra shifts for annual leave/sickness. Must be able to eventually work days as well as nights. Requirements: Complex care experience which may include: Tracheostomy/Ventilation, PEG feeding, and experience supporting young children. Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the New Malden area and able to commute. We are excited to offer a fulfilling opportunity for a dedicated individual to support a young child living in New Malden . The role is based in a specially adapted family home that includes two dogs.The child has a brain injury and Spinal Muscular Atrophy, requiring skilled care, including Tracheostomy management, PEG feeding, and ventilator support.This position is ideal for someone with a compassionate approach and experience in providing complex care is essential .
