Overview
Mental Health Support Worker. Pay rate: £14.18 per hour flat rate. Shift Pattern: 36 hours per week - Day Shifts - 8:00am - 20:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living tasks as needed, while promoting independence.
- Assist with financial management, as all spending must be requested through the team.
- Support mental health needs and respond appropriately to any challenging behaviours that may arise.
The successful applicant will be available to work full time, hold a full UK driving licence, and have previous experience working within mental health services.

Experience required
- Working with people with mental health diagnoses, especially personality disorder.
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Experience in guiding someone with risky or impulsive behaviours.
