The predicted salary is between 14.18 - 14.18 £ per hour.

Pay: £14.18 per hour (weekly or monthly pay available); 36 hours per week (3 × 12 hour shifts per week); Shift pattern: Monday – Sunday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (Day shifts). Driver with access to own vehicle required.

  • Supporting daily living tasks while promoting independence
  • Assisting with financial management (all spending requests go through the team)
  • Encouraging healthy routines, boundaries, and positive decision‑making
  • Supporting mental health needs and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours
  • Building rapport through shared interests such as music, fitness, or social activities

  • Calm, resilient, and consistent in approach
  • Non‑judgemental and supportive, even when the person makes unwise or risky choices
  • Able to mentor and guide someone with impulsive or challenging behaviours
  • Passionate about helping people build structure, confidence, and independence
  • Someone who can engage on a personal level through shared hobbies or interests

Essential experience:

  • Previous work within mental health services, particularly with personality disorders
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Background in managing or guiding individuals with risky or impulsive behaviours
