A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in
Ealing, Park Royal. This person has
complex clinical needs— and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.
What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.
What you’ll be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:
- Providing high‑quality support on a 2:1 basis (on nights)
- Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
- Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment
This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for people who already have experience in:
Complex Care
Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
