Acuity Care Group in Hull is seeking a calm, compassionate Support Worker to join a dedicated team caring for a young person with complex needs at home. This part-time, waking-nights role runs 19:00–07:00 with 24 hours per week; you’ll provide 2:1 support, assist with personal care, PEG feeding, mobility and meaningful activities, always prioritising dignity and safeguarding.
Full training is provided, and you’ll work closely with the family and care team to maintain high-quality, consistent care.
