Bank Support Worker

Pay rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: Days vary between 7:30am - 17:30pm & Nights 21:00pm - 7:00am.

We’ve got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their family home in Erdington, Birmingham. This person has Mental Health, Autism, Narcolepsy and Cataplexy but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a wide range of interests such as Animals, Badminton, Arts and crafts, Dancing, Music, Singing and Youtube.

To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Erdington, Birmingham and know the area. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life.

You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following:

What will your shift involve? In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 basis during the day & 2:1 during the night, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include engaging with them in meaningful activities.
